Lou Elson has called Madison home for more than 20 years, and he can’t imagine building his life or businesses anywhere else. Before stepping into real estate, Lou owned and operated a commercial janitorial supply company, an experience that strengthened his entrepreneurial drive and deepened his appreciation for serving local businesses.

In 2018, Lou followed a long-held passion and became a licensed real estate broker. Today, he leads a dedicated team of real estate professionals who share his mission: to simplify the buying and selling process so clients feel confident, supported, and excited. Helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership continues to be one of Lou’s greatest motivators.
