Donald Topp is a silkscreen artist from Madison, Wisconsin. He takes a playful yet critical view of our pop culture by exposing the underlying messages that our entertainment pushes on the population.

Topp graduated with a BS from Carroll University and a masters in visual studies from Cardinal Stritch University.
