Support website development, digital marketing, content creation, and multimedia production for 100State and affiliated startup ecosystem projects. Build a strong portfolio of real client-facing work.

Update and maintain WordPress websites

Create landing pages, blog posts, and social content

Junior Client Success Manager

Madison, WI (Hybrid) 100State, Inc.

Support members, partners, and the startup community through onboarding, CRM management, event coordination, and relationship-building. Work directly alongside the Executive Director and leadership team.

Welcome and onboard new 100State members

Maintain records in HubSpot CRM

Support membership renewals and follow-ups

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events

Assist with sales outreach and partnership development
