Ross is a Madison native with strong ties to the community.  He is a Managing Principal of Cresa Global Incorporated (“Cresa”). Cresa is an international corporate real estate firm that exclusively represents tenants and provides real estate services, including corporate services, transaction management, workforce and location planning and much more.  Ross has leased over a million square feet of office, R&D, laboratory and warehouse space over his career and works extensively with startup and early stage companies throughout Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Cresa, Ross held several government, policy and campaign positions both in the US and abroad at The State Parliament of Saxony in Dresden, Germany, the US Department of Health & Human Services and the Tommy Thompson for President Campaign.  Ross eventually returned home to work as a Project Manager for Epic Systems Corporation in Verona.

Ross earned his degrees in Economics and German from Denison University in Ohio and spent several years studying and working in Stuttgart, Germany; Dresden, Germany; and Prague, Czech Republic.  After college, Ross received a Fulbright Scholarship through the Fulbright Commission Program and spent time teaching in Bregenz, Austria.

Ross and his wife Leah Rikkers live on the West Side and enjoy traveling, particularly to Germany, and spending time on the water.
