Taralinda Willis is the co-founder and CEO of Curate, a venture-capital funded software startup based in downtown Madison that aggregates public data and identifies key themes for a diversity of users from general contractors to lobbyists.

Taralinda began her career in the construction space, gaining experience in large-scale, public project management while overseeing the creation of a $94-million multi-use facility for the state of Wisconsin. Her background also includes optimizing sales and event management at a performing arts venue and providing customized client solutions as the owner of a consulting business.

After earning her MBA in operations and project management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Taralinda co-founded Curate in 2016, where she currently leads customer acquisition, business operations, and actively mentors high-school students from the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County. When not at work she can be found enjoying Lake Mendota with friends on her sailboat.
