Lightbulb Leadership Lens – Session II

Solopreneurs wear many hats. Most require shifting skill sets, leadership styles, and response techniques at a moment’s notice to best meet the situation at hand. The Lightbulb Leadership program explores the power of engaging the creative thinking hat and its impact on professional motivation, advancement, and innovation when working with others.

Together, we will build awareness of 3 NEW Lightbulb Leadership Lenses and their purpose. We will explore the cautionary tales and highlights for each, as well as application opportunities as a solopreneur to increase creative thinking, understanding, and meaning in your work and with your clients.
